Empowering through action
In facing a critical bottleneck of taking portfolio companies global at an early-stage venture capital firm Icebreaker.vc, Mari Luukkainen launched a fast-track training program for growth hacking global go-to-market.
Over two years, 100 international talents, mainly women, were trained and employed with a success rate of 95% to drive growth in the local tech companies. One successful US go-to-market of a talent from US led to €10M Series A, validating the untapped potential of international talents.
Since then, Herizon has evolved from a solution to a venture capital bottleneck into a pioneering force in tech, blending impact with startup efficiency.
Now employing over 100 people annually, our team, known for scaling major Nordic tech companies, aims to employ 100,000, driving diversity and inclusivity in tech.
100% of Herizon Business' profit goes to fund Herizon's nonprofit activities, such as free monthly LinkedIn Bootcamp for immigrants in Finland.
